Candidate referrals must not have been placed on a job by Creative Circle in the past 24 months. Referred talent in our employee referral program must be booked on a job within one year of the referral date and work a minimum of 40 hours within a calendar year. For full-time roles, bonuses will be paid once the hired candidate reaches the client\u2019s guarantee date (usually between 30 and 90 days of work) and Creative Circle has been paid in full. Please do not contact your office to inquire on referral status; if you qualify for the bonus, you will be notified. Payment is in the form of a gift card and sent via email.<\/p>\n
